Linda Small
Linda Small is a consultant and a trainer and has worked with a diverse range of organisations in both voluntary and statutory sectors over the last fourteen years.
Linda specialises in community development, project management and developing and delivering customised training packages in the community and voluntary sectors. During the last two years Linda has worked with organisations to increase their community involvement; managed a variety of projects including a management skills training programme, Positive Images project, diversity training and Community Empowerment Network support programmes. Linda has also provided customised training to both start up and established organisations covering topics areas such as performance management, conflict resolution, project management engaging local communities, Race Relations Amendment Act 2000 and roles and responsibilities of organisations.

The Creative Collective is a partner in this innovative pan-London European Social Fund project co-financed by the London Learning and Skills Council and led by Enfield College. With our partners, we will be working with 300 managers from over 150 voluntary and community groups London-wide to develop their capacity to provide services, work with government, promote economic sustainability and create jobs.
