Project Management

Felix Solutions provides project management to a range of projects that involve working with disadvantaged communities. These projects focus on training, increasing volunteering and employment opportunities, raising the profile of communities and enabling them to engage with decision making processes.

Community Development

Felix Solutions are experienced in: Developing an effective voice for communities and voluntary organisations working with both statutory authorities and service providers developing mechanisms by which communities could access resources and build their capacity.

Mapping local communities

Ensure that communications and services provided by your organisation are targeted to meet local community needs.

Organisational Development

Providing customised solutions to meet client needs through organising Away Days, developing organisation’s policies and procedures, developing strategies, business plans, reviewing working practices.

Personal Development

Felix Solutions provides; Peer support, supervision, line management and non-managerial supervision to a variety of workers within different organisations. The majority of that work has been with black and minority ethnic workers, often working in isolated environments.

All peer support and supervision provided has been structured and based on developing action plans to address issues experienced by workers.
