Targeting individuals who manage at least two staff members or volunteers
New government initiatives such as LINks and Pacesetters provide greater opportunities for local community activists, VCS organisations particularly those who have not been engaged in other networks to gain access and have a say in how their local services are run.
In order to make the most of these new opportunities, participants will require training that will enable them to assess current service provision and to put forward ideas on how these services can be improved.
